Refund Policy

The short version: We offer a 7-day refund on new subscriptions, no questions asked. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

7-Day Refund Window

If you subscribe to CapsuleGrader Pro and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. Simply email us at support@capsulegrader.com with the email address used to subscribe and we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

When Refunds Apply

✓ Eligible

Request within 7 days of first payment. Subscription renewals within 48 hours if you forgot to cancel. Technical issues preventing you from using the service that we were unable to resolve.

✗ Not Eligible

Requests after 7 days of first payment. Monthly renewal charges after the 7-day window. Dissatisfaction with AI analysis results or feedback quality. Forgetting to cancel before a renewal charge.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Stripe billing portal. After cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — it simply stops future charges. To request a refund within the eligible window, please contact us directly.

Free Tier

The free tier (3 analyses) requires no payment and is therefore not subject to any refund policy. Free analyses are non-transferable and non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

We'll confirm your refund within 1 business day and process it within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
