CapsuleGrader is an AI-powered tool that analyzes Steam game capsule art and provides feedback intended to help game developers improve their marketing materials. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and advisory purposes only.

By using the Service, you confirm that:
Basic subscriptions are billed monthly at $7.99/month via Stripe. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $14.99/month via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.
Lifetime access is a one-time purchase of $49 that grants permanent access to the Service. Lifetime access includes all features available in the Pro tier and is not subject to recurring charges. Lifetime access is subject to a fair-use soft cap of 200 analyses per calendar month. This cap exists to protect service availability for all users and to prevent automated or abusive usage. Users who consistently and materially exceed this cap may have their access reviewed. We will contact you before taking any action.
Lifetime access is tied to the email address used at purchase. It is non-transferable and may not be resold. Access can be restored to a new device at any time using the email address associated with the original purchase.
We reserve the right to retire the Lifetime tier at any time for new purchases. Existing Lifetime holders will retain their access permanently, subject to these Terms.
Analysis results are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. CapsuleGrader makes no guarantees that following the provided feedback will result in increased wishlists, sales, or any specific outcome. Results may vary and should be considered as one input among many in your creative process.
You retain full ownership of any capsule art you upload. We do not claim any rights over your content. The CapsuleGrader name, logo, website design, and analysis methodology are the intellectual property of CapsuleGrader and may not be used without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CapsuleGrader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination of a paid subscription for cause, no refund will be issued.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
